Why is there a minimum order requirement of Inlay Strips/Stringing packs/Wide Strips?
There is a minimum order requirement of – any 5 strips/stringing packs/wide strips to make it more cost effective for us. All of our inlay strips, stringing and wide strips are high quality and their prices are marked down considerably. We will not be restocking these once they are gone.
How thick are the veneers?
Generally the Australian Timber veneers are cut at .67mm thick. The imported veneers are usually a bit thinner. Our veneers range from .50mm – .67mm thick. Click on Product photo for further information including thickness of the veneer sheet.
Are you open to the Public?
We are open to the Public by appointment only. Give us a call on 0423 499 273 or send an email (firstname.lastname@example.org) with some details about your project and what you require, ie. size, quantity and species and we can arrange a mutually convenient time. We will have stock ready for you to look at.
When can I collect my ”Local Pick Up” order?
When we receive your online “Local Pick Up” order we will ring you to arrange a mutually convenient time for collection.
How is Shipping charged when you purchase more than 1 product?
You are only charged for shipping once. If you purchase more than 1 product only the highest shipping amount will be applied. eg. If you purchase 3 veneer packs and 2 are charged at $15 shipping and 1 at $20 shipping – you will be charged $20 only.
Are the photos of the actual veneer?
When you click through and are seeing photos with the product code below it, these are photos of the actual veneer in that pack. They are not generic photos.
Do you supply samples?
No, we don’t supply samples. All of our veneers are unique and each bundle is photographed separately.
How will my veneer be packed?
All veneer packs under 1m long are flat packed – $15 flat rate postage. All longer veneers are rolled and boxed – $20 flat rate postage. Nb. You are only charged shipping once per order, no matter how many veneer packs are selected.
Can I track my order?
Once your order has been packed and posted you will be sent an email with the Australia Post Article ID and the link to track it.
